1. นโยบายเนื้อหาต้องห้าม (Prohibited Content Policy)

Film Corner มุ่งมั่นที่จะให้บริการสตรีมมิ่งภาพยนตร์ที่มีคุณภาพและปลอดภัยสำหรับผู้ชมทุกเพศทุกวัย เรามีนโยบายที่เข้มงวดในการคัดกรองเนื้อหาเพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับกฎหมายไทยและมาตรฐานสากล Film Corner is committed to providing a quality and safe movie streaming service for viewers of all ages. We have a strict content screening policy to comply with Thai law and international standards.

2. เนื้อหาที่ห้ามโดยเด็ดขาด (Strictly Prohibited Content)

Film Corner ไม่อนุญาตให้มีเนื้อหาประเภทต่อไปนี้บนแพลตฟอร์มโดยเด็ดขาด: • เนื้อหาลามกอนาจาร สื่อโป๊เปลือย หรือสื่อลามกทุกประเภท (Pornography and sexually explicit content) • เนื้อหาที่เข้าข่ายการค้ามนุษย์หรือการแสวงหาประโยชน์ทางเพศจากเด็ก (CSAM - Child Sexual Abuse Material) • เนื้อหาที่ส่งเสริมหรือเชิดชูความรุนแรง การก่อการร้าย หรืออาชญากรรม • เนื้อหาที่ละเมิดทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาของผู้อื่น • เนื้อหาที่ผิดกฎหมายตามพระราชบัญญัติว่าด้วยการกระทำความผิดเกี่ยวกับคอมพิวเตอร์ พ.ศ. 2550 และที่แก้ไขเพิ่มเติม • เนื้อหาที่หมิ่นประมาท ดูหมิ่น หรือละเมิดพระบรมเดชานุภาพ • เนื้อหาที่สร้างความเกลียดชัง หรือเลือกปฏิบัติต่อบุคคลหรือกลุ่มบุคคล • เนื้อหาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการพนัน เว็บพนันออนไลน์ หรือการชักชวนให้เล่นการพนัน Film Corner strictly prohibits the following types of content on the platform: • Pornography and all forms of sexually explicit content • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) • Content that promotes or glorifies violence, terrorism, or crime • Content that infringes on intellectual property rights • Content illegal under the Computer Crime Act B.E. 2550 (2007) and amendments • Content that is defamatory, insulting, or violates lèse-majesté laws • Content that promotes hate speech or discrimination • Content related to gambling, online gambling sites, or solicitation of gambling

3. การจัดเรตภาพยนตร์ (Movie Rating Classification)

Film Corner ปฏิบัติตามการจัดเรตภาพยนตร์ตามกฎหมายไทย โดยเนื้อหาที่อนุญาตบนแพลตฟอร์มมีดังนี้: • เรตทั่วไป (G - General): เหมาะสำหรับผู้ชมทุกวัย • เรต 13+ (PG-13): เหมาะสำหรับผู้ชมอายุ 13 ปีขึ้นไป • เรต 15+ (PG-15): เหมาะสำหรับผู้ชมอายุ 15 ปีขึ้นไป • เรต 18+ (R-18): เหมาะสำหรับผู้ชมอายุ 18 ปีขึ้นไป เนื้อหาต้องห้าม: • เรต NC-20 (ห้ามผู้มีอายุต่ำกว่า 20 ปี): ไม่อนุญาตบนแพลตฟอร์มโดยเด็ดขาด • ภาพยนตร์ที่ถูกแบน หรือไม่ผ่านการพิจารณาจากคณะกรรมการพิจารณาภาพยนตร์และวีดิทัศน์ Film Corner follows Thai film rating classifications. Content allowed on the platform: • General (G): Suitable for all ages • 13+ (PG-13): Suitable for ages 13 and above • 15+ (PG-15): Suitable for ages 15 and above • 18+ (R-18): Suitable for ages 18 and above Prohibited content: • NC-20 (Restricted to ages 20+): Strictly prohibited on the platform • Banned films or films not approved by the Film and Video Censorship Board

4. การตรวจสอบและดำเนินการ (Review and Enforcement)

Film Corner มีระบบการตรวจสอบเนื้อหาอย่างต่อเนื่อง โดยเราดำเนินการดังนี้: • ตรวจสอบเนื้อหาก่อนเผยแพร่บนแพลตฟอร์ม • ติดตามและรับเรื่องร้องเรียนจากผู้ใช้งาน • ลบเนื้อหาที่ละเมิดนโยบายทันทีเมื่อตรวจพบ • ระงับหรือยกเลิกบัญชีผู้ใช้ที่ละเมิดนโยบายอย่างร้ายแรง ผู้ใช้สามารถรายงานเนื้อหาที่ต้องสงสัยได้ที่ bestudio.ltd@gmail.com Film Corner maintains an ongoing content review system. 5. ข้อตกลงของผู้ให้บริการชำระเงิน (Payment Gateway Provider Requirements)

เพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับข้อกำหนดของผู้ให้บริการชำระเงินทั้ง Xendit และ Omise (Opn Payments) Film Corner รับรองว่าจะไม่ใช้บริการชำระเงินเพื่อ: • จำหน่ายหรือเผยแพร่เนื้อหาลามกอนาจารหรือสื่อโป๊เปลือย • รับชำระเงินสำหรับกิจกรรมที่ผิดกฎหมาย • รับชำระเงินที่เกี่ยวข้องกับธุรกิจต้องห้ามตามนโยบายของผู้ให้บริการ • หลีกเลี่ยงการตรวจสอบหรือมาตรการป้องกันความเสี่ยงของผู้ให้บริการ To comply with requirements from Xendit and Omise (Opn Payments), Film Corner certifies that it will not use the payment service to: • Sell or distribute pornographic or sexually explicit content • Accept payments for illegal activities • Accept payments related to businesses prohibited by the providers' policies • Circumvent provider risk monitoring or review measures
