Refund Policy

1. นโยบายทั่วไป (General Policy)

การชำระเงินผ่าน PromptPay เป็นธุรกรรมที่ดำเนินการเสร็จสิ้นทันที และไม่สามารถขอคืนเงินผ่านระบบ Omise ได้ ผู้ใช้งานควรตรวจสอบภาพยนตร์และราคาก่อนยืนยันการชำระเงิน PromptPay payments are instant transactions and cannot be refunded through the Omise system. Users should verify the movie and price before confirming payment.

2. กรณีที่ไม่สามารถรับชมได้ (Service Unavailable)

หากผู้ใช้งานชำระเงินสำเร็จแต่ไม่สามารถรับชมภาพยนตร์ได้เนื่องจากข้อผิดพลาดของระบบ ผู้ใช้งานสามารถติดต่อเราเพื่อขอรหัสเช่าแทนค่าการคืนเงิน โดยติดต่อภายใน 48 ชั่วโมงหลังการชำระเงิน If a user successfully pays but cannot watch the movie due to a system error, the user can contact us to receive a replacement rental code instead of a refund. Contact must be made within 48 hours of payment.

3. การหมดอายุ (Expiration)

การเช่าภาพยนตร์จะหมดอายุภายใน 48 ชั่วโมงนับจากการชำระเงินสำเร็จ ไม่สามารถขอคืนเงินหรือขยายเวลาได้หลังจากหมดอายุแล้ว Movie rentals expire 48 hours after successful payment. No refunds or extensions can be requested after expiration.

4. การยกเลิก (Cancellation)

ผู้ใช้งานสามารถยกเลิกการชำระเงินได้ก่อนสแกน QR Code หรือก่อนยืนยันการชำระเงินในแอพธนาคาร เมื่อชำระเงินสำเร็จแล้ว ไม่สามารถยกเลิกได้ Users can cancel payment before scanning the QR Code or before confirming payment in their banking app. Once payment is successful, cancellation is not possible.
