1. บทนำ (Introduction)

ข้อตกลงและเงื่อนไขการให้บริการนี้ ("ข้อตกลง") เป็นสัญญาระหว่างคุณ ("ผู้ใช้") และ บริษัท เบสท์ สตูดิโอ แอนด์ เอ็นเตอร์เทนเมนท์ จำกัด ("Film Corner", "เรา") สำหรับการใช้บริการสตรีมมิ่งภาพยนตร์ Film Corner การเข้าใช้งานหรือใช้บริการของเราถือว่าคุณยอมรับข้อตกลงนี้ These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a contract between you ("User") and BEST STUDIO & ENTERTAINMENT CO., LTD. ("Film Corner", "we") for the use of the Film Corner movie streaming service. By accessing or using our service, you agree to this Agreement.

2. ผู้ให้บริการ (Service Provider)

3. คำจำกัดความ (Definitions)

"บริการ" หมายถึงบริการสตรีมมิ่งภาพยนตร์แบบ Pay-Per-View (PPV) ภายใต้ชื่อ Film Corner "ผู้ใช้" หมายถึงบุคคลที่ลงทะเบียนและใช้งานบริการ "ภาพยนตร์" หมายถึงเนื้อหาวิดีโอที่ให้เช่าผ่านบริการ "ระยะเวลาเช่า" หมายถึง 48 ชั่วโมงนับจากการยืนยันการชำระเงิน "Service" means the Pay-Per-View (PPV) movie streaming service under the name Film Corner "User" means any individual who registers and uses the Service "Movie" means video content rented through the Service "Rental Period" means 48 hours from payment confirmation

4. บริการ (Service)

Film Corner เป็นบริการสตรีมมิ่งภาพยนตร์แบบ Pay-Per-View (PPV) ผู้ใช้งานสามารถเช่าชมภาพยนตร์รายเรื่อง โดยชำระเงินผ่านระบบ PromptPay, บัตรเครดิต หรือ Mobile Banking การเข้าถึงภาพยนตร์จะใช้งานได้ภายในระยะเวลา 48 ชั่วโมงนับจากเวลาที่ชำระเงินสำเร็จ Film Corner is a Pay-Per-View (PPV) cinema streaming service. Users can rent individual movies by paying via PromptPay, credit card, or Mobile Banking. Access to each movie is valid for 48 hours from the time of successful payment.

5. การลงทะเบียนและบัญชี (Registration and Account)

ในการใช้บริการ คุณต้องสร้างบัญชีโดยให้ข้อมูลที่ถูกต้อง ครบถ้วน และเป็นปัจจุบัน คุณสามารถลงทะเบียนผ่าน Facebook, Google, TikTok หรืออีเมล คุณรับผิดชอบในการรักษาความปลอดภัยของบัญชีและรหัสผ่านของคุณ To use the Service, you must create an account with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You may register via Facebook, Google, TikTok, or email. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.

6. การชำระเงิน (Payment)

การชำระเงินดำเนินการผ่าน Xendit (PromptPay QR) และ Omise (บัตรเครดิต, Mobile Banking) การชำระเงินทั้งหมดเป็นสกุลเงินบาทไทย (THB) ราคาที่แสดงอาจเปลี่ยนแปลงโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า Payments are processed through Xendit (PromptPay QR) and Omise (Credit Card, Mobile Banking). All payments are in Thai Baht (THB). Displayed prices may change without prior notice.

7. ระยะเวลาเช่า (Rental Period)

ภาพยนตร์ที่เช่าแล้วจะสามารถรับชมได้ภายใน 48 ชั่วโมงนับจากการชำระเงินสำเร็จ หลังจากหมดระยะเวลา ผู้ใช้งานต้องเช่าใหม่เพื่อรับชมต่อ การนับเวลาเริ่มทันทีที่การชำระเงินเสร็จสมบูรณ์ ไม่สามารถหยุดหรือพักเวลาได้ Rented movies are accessible for 48 hours from successful payment. After expiration, a new rental is required to continue watching. The timer starts immediately upon payment completion and cannot be paused or extended.

8. ข้อจำกัดการใช้งาน (Usage Restrictions)

ผู้ใช้ตกลงที่จะ: - ปฏิบัติตามนโยบายเนื้อหาต้องห้าม (Restricted & Prohibited Content) - ไม่บันทึก ดาวน์โหลด หรือแจกจ่ายเนื้อหาภาพยนตร์ - ไม่ใช้บริการเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ทางการค้าหรือการแสดงต่อสาธารณะ - ไม่แก้ไข ดัดแปลง หรือสร้างผลงานต่อเนื่องจากเนื้อหาภาพยนตร์ - ไม่ใช้เทคโนโลยีใดๆ เพื่อหลีกเลี่ยงมาตรการป้องกันเนื้อหา Users agree to: - Comply with the Restricted & Prohibited Content policy - Not record, download, or distribute movie content - Not use the Service for commercial purposes or public performance - Not modify, adapt, or create derivative works from movie content - Not use any technology to circumvent content protection measures

9. ทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา (Intellectual Property)

เนื้อหาทั้งหมดบน Film Corner รวมถึงแต่ไม่จำกัดเพียงภาพยนตร์ รูปภาพ โลโก้ และกราฟิก เป็นทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาที่ได้รับการคุ้มครองตามกฎหมายลิขสิทธิ์และกฎหมายทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาอื่นๆ All content on Film Corner, including but not limited to movies, images, logos, and graphics, is intellectual property protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

10. การจำกัดความรับผิด (Limitation of Liability)

Film Corner ให้บริการตามสภาพที่เป็นอยู่ ("as-is") โดยไม่มีการรับประกันใดๆ เราไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายใดๆ ที่เกิดจากการใช้งานหรือไม่สามารถใช้งานบริการได้ รวมถึงแต่ไม่จำกัดเพียงความเสียหายทางตรง ทางอ้อม หรือที่เป็นผลสืบเนื่อง Film Corner provides the Service on an "as-is" basis without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, or consequential damages.

11. การเลิกใช้บริการ (Termination)

เราขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการระงับหรือยกเลิกบัญชีของคุณได้ตลอดเวลาโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า หากคุณละเมิดข้อตกลงนี้หรือมีการใช้งานที่ไม่เหมาะสม We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time without prior notice if you violate this Agreement or engage in inappropriate use.

12. การเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อตกลง (Changes to Agreement)

เราขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการแก้ไขข้อตกลงนี้ได้ตลอดเวลา การเปลี่ยนแปลงจะมีผลทันทีเมื่อโพสต์บนเว็บไซต์ การใช้งานบริการอย่างต่อเนื่องหลังจากมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงถือว่าคุณยอมรับข้อตกลงที่แก้ไข We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on the website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Agreement.

13. กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ (Governing Law)

ข้อตกลงนี้อยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายของประเทศไทย ข้อพิพาทใดๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นจากข้อตกลงนี้จะอยู่ภายใต้เขตอำนาจศาลไทย This Agreement is governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Thai courts.
